About Organise pages
Organise shows every page as a picture so you can move pages earlier or later, turn them a quarter turn, or delete them, then save it all in one go. Rotation is saved into the file, so pages stay upright for everyone. A deleted page is not hidden: it is not in the new file at all.
How to use it
- Add the PDF; every page appears as a small picture with its number.
- Drag a page to where it belongs (on a phone, hold it a moment first), or tap Move earlier or Move later under it to shift it one place.
- Tap the rotate button to turn a page a quarter turn clockwise, as often as it needs.
- Tap the bin to delete a page, or tap it again to bring the page back.
- Press Save the new order and save the new file.
Good to know
A page held near the top or bottom of the screen while you drag it scrolls a long document along with it. For many pages at once, tap Select pages, tap each one you want, then turn them, delete them, or send them to the start or the end in one tap. Turn every page fixes a whole scan that came out sideways. With a keyboard, Alt (Option on a Mac) and an arrow key moves the page you are on, and Home or End sends it to the front or the back.
When you only reorder and rotate, the pages are moved rather than copied, so nothing about them changes. When you delete pages, a fresh file is built from the pages you kept, which means a deleted page’s text and pictures are not left behind anywhere inside it.
Nothing is saved until you press the button, so try things freely. The result line then says what changed, such as “Same 7 pages, reordered, 2 rotated”, which is a quick check before you send it. A locked PDF comes back locked with the same password.
Questions people ask
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Each page has its own rotate button. See rotate PDF pages.
Can I get a deleted page back?
Tap its bin again before you save. After saving, your original file is still unchanged.
Can I organise two files together?
Join them with Merge first, then tap Then to bring the result here.
Can I rotate every page at once?
Yes. Tap Turn every page; each tap turns them all a quarter turn. To turn only some, tap Select pages, pick them, then Turn.
